construction update # 2 - November 2025

Some great progress has been made onsite at Okiwi - 15 Puriri Street, Eastbourne, with several key milestones now completed and the project moving steadily into its next stages.

The platform raft is now fully complete, and approximately 80% of the stormwater works have been finished. All manholes are in place, and the retaining wall has been successfully completed. Construction of the boundary fence is scheduled to begin within the next week.

We expect to complete the remaining stormwater and sewer works by the end of this week. The service trench—incorporating both Chorus and Power—will commence next week, and slab boxing is scheduled to begin on the 1st of December.
